Meet The Coaches

Our coaches aim to provide an environment where you can achieve your goals and have fun while doing so. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

 

Tim Medlicott

Tim has coached CrossFit for ten years now, working both locally and overseas, and has competed at the Elite national level in CrossFit. His goal is to help people develop a positive relationship with exercise so long term success and results can be achieved.


Scott Casey-Wooldridge

Scott has been a member of CrossFit Dunedin since 2021 and is now one of our leading coaches. Excelling at football prior to getting into CrossFit, he now brings his teamwork and people skills to the gym’s coaching crew.


Samantha Kelly

Samantha is a qualified PT and also has experience working in the Strength and Conditioning industry. Having recently returned from working in the UK in Europe’s biggest health club, she now leads our CrossFit Women’s classes.
